Koncept NJ has realized on January 2012 the conception of the market study for the construction of the “ANA” Residential Complex. One of the most prestigious residential complex in Tirana for which promptly will start the construction near to Qytet Studenti. The study analyses in detail the offer and the request of the market focused in the Macro and Micro aspects. For the conception of the market study are used the results achieved from the interviews with the local community and Real Estates Agencies. At the end the study suggest the segment of the market intended, the characteristics of the units (the type, number, price, surface etc.), the marketing strategy and identifies the points which will be an asset to the development.
