On  March  2012  the  Company “Koncept NJ” has realized the negotiations with the Kallushi family for the development of the land in her ownership.  The negotiations includes a surface  of 7,500 m2  of land situated in Tirana at Siri Kodra Str.

The successful negotiations were finalized with the signature of the Entrepreneur contract between the Kallushi Family and the Investor whom undertakes to develop the land and to invest in the construction of a multi-functional complex with parking, stores and apartment which will impact the economical development of the area.
