The Joint Venture between “SWARCO MIZR S.p.A” and “SCAE S.p.A”, society of Italian law, has signed with Tirana Municipality the contract for the implementation of the Project "Urban Traffic Control (T-UTC) Management System" Tirana.

Koncept NJ shpk will provide the financial and legal consultancy for the implementation of the T-UTC project in Tirana.
